Whether it’s fundraising for the Big Jump out or if you have some spare time to do a spot of fundraising, here are some great tips and starter ideas.
Small Scale
- Raffles (source some local fun prizes)
- Bag packing in supermarkets (fancy dress can jazz it up!)

- Cake sales (make some unusual cakes?!)
- sponsored baked bean bath
- car boot sale
Medium scale
- Summer fun days: Tug of war, bouncy castle, BBQ event
- 5 a-side football tournament
- Group Raiding collections in town or at train stations (fancy dress?)
- sponsored shaving your head/legs/armpits..
- sponsored sporting events
- Pub quiz
- sponsored sleep out
- wine and cheese taster evening
Large scale events
- Community/work summer or themed ball
- Charity concert- get a local choir/orchestra/bands involved
- shoot and create a naked/fancy dress/ nature calender
- fashion/ recycled fashion show
How will your money help young homeless people?
A £500 donation will provide one of the following?
- 20 individual bednights for a homeless young person
- 50 travel expenses for young people to their placements
- 20 toiletries and clothes bags to volunteers
