Nightstop
Latest News!
July 2010
As we move into the sunnier months of the year, Nightstop continues to be busy providing a much needed service. We have continued to see a rise in the number of referrals from the Teignbridge area, but also a big increase from mid and East Devon. We are always on the look out for new hosts in all areas, so please get in touch if you are interested.
Events Coming Up…
Nighstop Devon were kindly invited by NightChurch in June to help host an evening on behalf of both charities. The evening hosted some great entertainment and wonderful poetry, and kindly generated some donations for both causes.

We have also been really lucky to receive donations from local churches, so thank you to all of those that have supported this project.
Dates for your Diary…
SEPTEMBER
We are in the process of securing a venue for our Sponsored Sleep Out event in September. The event will be a community and youth participation event, that will be great for raising awareness and funds to keep the very special project going. More details to follow, so please watch this space.
We have also just welcomed some new sets of volunteers onto the Nightstop books, as we spread into the South Hams district, so exciting developements are happening for Nightstop and it’s coverage of Devon. But we are always on the look out, so please get in touch if you want to volunteer in anyway for us.
