We offer free, confidential and independent housing advice, available to anyone in need of advice on housing, homelessness or welfare benefit issues.
For example…
• Your right to remain in your accommodation.
• Your right to housing assistance from your local authority.
• Help with identifying those people who may be eligible for supported accommodation.
• Helpful tips on looking for privately rented accommodation in Exeter.
• Knowledge of local services best suited to help you.
• Knowledge of entitlement to welfare benefits.
• Signposting to other agencies who can assist with a wide range of issues, e.g. debt & family matters.

Although we are a telephone advice service, if the advisor feels it is necessary, an appointment can be made for you to come to the office.
